About us
Built by people who build for everyone.
TableFlow Hotels is made by Zook, a Canadian design studio whose mission is building web applications for people with disabilities. It comes from the same team as TableFlow for restaurants.
What we stand for
Published prices.
The same for every hotel, on the website, before anyone calls you.
Measured rooms.
“Accessible” is a list of measurements, not a label.
Your money, your data.
Payments land in your own Stripe account. Your data leaves with you whenever you ask.
Nobody locked out.
A late payment never stops your bookings or your staff.

Why a hotel system
We make software for people who are too often left out. In hotels it’s easy to see: a guest who uses a wheelchair books an accessible room, and too often gets a different one.
Small hotels are left out too. Many systems give a price only on a sales call, bill setup and support as extras, and take months to learn: more than half of managers say new staff need four months or more to feel confident (Cloudbeds and NYU, 2025). An inn with twelve rooms deserves the same quality as a large hotel, at a price it can read on a website.
We already make TableFlow for restaurants. Hotels have restaurants and breakfast rooms, so the two work together from the first day.
How we talk about what we make
No “first”, “only” or “best”.
We show what the product does, and you judge.
Every number has a source.
When we quote a study, we name it.
Previews are marked.
Until launch, the screens you see here are design previews.
